CrossWay Church is a Bible-teaching church whose mission is to build and equip disciples of Jesus Christ using his model as our example. Our ministries and activities are intended to promote spiritual growth and opportunities for service. CrossWay Church is a place where you and your family can grow, love, and connect with others who are on a journey with God. We want to glorify God together by making disciples who love and serve God and their fellow man.

Our History
Reading Evangelical Free Church began as an extension of Community Evangelical Free Church of Elverson, PA. A small group from the Reading area saw the need to establish an Evangelical Free church more local to its community. A core group began as a Bible study in a Reading home with Ted Krug as pastor. As this group grew into an emerging congregation, services were held in several rented facilities in the Reading area between 1985 and 1995. In April of 1995, REFC moved into its newly renovated facility in Cumru Township that had formerly been a manufacturing facility. Our congregation continued growing and progressively renovating the facility into an environment suitable for our various ministries. In 2002 a storage structure was completely renovated into our Youth Center. Final renovations in 2003 brought completion of our current auditorium, offices, and kitchen.
In April 2010 the congregation voted to change our name to CrossWay Church.
Our Pastoral Staff
Dean Linsky, a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, was called to serve as pastor in May 1992. In February of 2007, Jon Cosgrove, a graduate of Lancaster Bible College, was called to serve as Pastor of Youth Ministries.
